At M&E Party company our job is to serve and insure our clients have the best experience possible. We understand the pandemic and the changing rules can be unpredictable.

• We offer FULL refunds if clients cancel 48 hours BEFORE their booking date OR if the social gathering rules have changed before the booking.

• We offer 50% of the booking price if clients cancel less than 48 hours before booking date..

• Clients can also reschedule bookings to a later date.
